Mexican Shrimp Cocktail
A refreshing and zesty blend of tender shrimp tossed in a citrus-tomato and clam cocktail sauce with avocado, cilantro, and crisp vegetables.
Chicken, Cheese & Black Bean Empanadas
Golden, flaky empanadas filled with savory chicken, melted cheese, and seasoned black beans—served with a tangy dipping sauce.

Costa Mayan Shrimp Tacos
Shrimp marinated in a traditional Yucatán marinade made with orange juice, lime juice, achiote paste, garlic, cumin and oregano, grilled and served in warm tortillas with fresh Summerlands Fireslaw, cotija cheese, and finished with cilantro lime crema.
Pollo Asado
Marinated, grilled chicken bursting with bold Mayan flavor, served with Mexican rice and seasoned black beans.

Coconut Cream Pie
A silky coconut custard nestled in a graham cracker crust, topped with toasted coconut.
Fried Plantains with Sweet Cream

It's TACO TIME!! This week, we're featuring our Summerlands Ground Beef tacos, Huli Huli Chicken tacos, and Caribbean Shrimp tacos. Can't decide? Don't worry! We also offer our Taco Trio plate, with one of each. All taco plates come with three tacos, Spanish rice, and sweet Maduro plantains. They're available Thursday from 11am to 9pm. Stop by and treat yourself to great tacos you can't find every day! Bring your appetite though, as these are not small tacos!

Come join us for Fish Fry Fridays at Summerlands Brewing Company! This week, we're featuring Southern-Style Catfish fillets served with your choice of two sides: crinkle-cut fries, fried okra, collard greens or coleslaw, with remoulade, tartar, or guava cocktail sauce $13.95.
